TENTANG MAGISTER MANAJEMEN

Program Studi Magister Manajemen (MM) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) Universitas Paramadina adalah program studi di bawah Fakultas Ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas Paramadina yang disusun untuk menciptakan lulusan yang profesional, berwawasan global dan memiliki kemampuan kreatif. Program MM FEB Universitas Paramadina terus berupaya meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran yang sesuai dengan  perkembangan keilmuan dan industri. Kehadiran Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) yang sudah di depan mata, memerlukan kesiapan disemua lini, mulai dari sektor ekonomi, tenaga kerja, hingga dunia pendidikan, harus siap terhadap perubahan yang akan terjadi di masa depan. Menyadari hal tersebut, Program MM Universitas Paramadina terus berbenah guna menghasilkan mahasiswa yang memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, kreatif dan beretika, sesuai dengan perkembangan dunia bisnis dan industri, tidak hanya secara lokal, tetapi juga regional dan internasional.

Visi

Mewujudkan program studi Magister Manajemen yang berkualitas internasional dalam bidang manajemen dan bisnis berbasis etika dan profesionalisme menuju peradaban luhur pada tahun 2025 se-Asia Tenggara.

Misi

Menyelenggarakan pendidikan tingkat magister yang menghasilkan lulusan yang memiliki kemampuan manajemen dan bisnis melalui kegiatan pendidikan dan pengajaran, penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat. 

Tujuan

1. Menyelenggarakan pendidikan dan pengajaran yang menciptakan lulusan yang memiliki keahlian di bidang Manajemen dan Bisnis dengan mengacu pada kompetensi, sumber daya yang dimiliki, dan perkembangan di dalam lingkungan nasional dan regional.
2. Melaksanakan penelitian yang berkualitas dalam bidang Manajemen dan Bisnis baik nasional maupun regional.
3. Menyelenggarakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dalam rangka berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan intelektualitas masyarakat di bidang manajemen dan bisnis baik di tingkat nasional maupun regional.1. Menyelenggarakan pendidikan dan pengajaran yang menciptakan lulusan yang memiliki keahlian di bidang Manajemen dan Bisnis dengan mengacu pada kompetensi, sumber daya yang dimiliki, dan perkembangan di dalam lingkungan nasional dan regional.

KURIKULUM DAN METODE

 
Program Magister Manajemen (MM) Universitas Paramadina sangat memahami perkembangan bisnis dan keuangan global terkini, desain program MM disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan untuk menjawab tantangan dan peluang bisnis dan keuangan yang berkembang. Prodi MM menawarkan empat peminatan dan konsentrasi, antara lain: Strategic Business and Finance, Islamic Finance, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management. Saat ini keempat konsentrasi tersebut, tengah menjadi trend perkembangan bisnis dan keuangan dunia.  Program ini tidak saja memberikan kesempatan mahasiswa mempelajari state of the art knowledge, tetapi juga membangun jaringan dengan para tokoh bisnis dan institusi yang mereka kelola. Kurikulum dalam Program Studi MM FEB Universitas Paramadina memiliki tiga kompetensi yaitu kompetensi utama, kompetensi pendukung, dan kompetensi lainnya. Kompetensi utama terkait dengan aspek pengetahuan utama terkait dengan fungsi manajemen dengan didukung oleh empat konsentrasi, yaitu bidang: Keuangan, Pemasaran, Sumber Daya Manusia dan Bisnis dan Keuangan Islam.

Iyus Wiadi, sejak tahun 1997 sampai sekarang, menjadi dosen tetap yayasan Paramadina dan bekerja pada Universitas Paramadina. Berpengalaman sebagai Kaprodi Manajemen 1997 – 2000; Kaprodi Manajemen 2006 – 2008, Kaprodi Manajemen; Kaprodi Manajemen, 2017-2021; Kepala Proyek dan Koordinator ASEAN-EU University Network (AUNP) 2004 -2007; Kepala Proyek Social and Ecological Market Economy (SEME), 2010 dan 2012; Kepala Program The Executive Program For Sustainable Partnership (EPSP), 2014 -2017; Kepala Paramadina Management Advisory (PMA) Fakultas ekonomi dan Bisnis (2017 -2021).

Sejak tahun 1990-2005 mengajar di beberapa Universitas di Bandung dan Jakarta; Universitas Maranatha Bandung, Universitas Atmajaya Jakarta, Universitas Pelita Harapan Jakarta, Universitas Widyatama Bandung. Penelitian dalam bidang Pemasaran, kewirausahaan dan Kemitraan dan Manajemen. Pengabdian pada masayarakat untuk organisasi profit maupun non profit. Mengasilkan buku dalam bidang Kewirausahaan, Manajemen Stratejik, Kepemimpinan dan Manajemen.

Dr. Prima Naomi, MTDosen
Prima Naomi adalah dosen senior pada Program Studi Magister Manajemen Universitas Paramadina dan saat ini menjabat sebagi Wakil Rektor bidang Pengelolaan Sumber Daya. Gelar Doktor dibidang Manajemen Keuangan diperoleh dari Universitas Indonesia (2016), Magister Teknik bidang Teknik dan Manajemen Industri didapatkan dari Institut Teknologi Bandung (1995) dan Dra Ekonomi dari Universitas Airlangga (1992). Pernah mengikuti Research Skill Program in Business and Economics pada The University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia (2013). Selain mengajar, juga aktif menjadi tenaga ahli dan konsultan pada beberapa program pemeritah seperti Ditjen Industri Kecil dan Menengah, Kementerian Perindustrian, Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Industri Kementerian Perindustrian, Pemerintah Provinsi DKI, Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Pemprov DKI, Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi DKI, serta perusahaan swasta. Beberapa kali menjadi ketua tim projek penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat dari Kemenristek Dikti, KPK dan Ford Foudation, serta tim peneliti OJK. Menjadi narasumber dan menulis pada book-chapter, artikel jurnal, maupun conference proceeding terkait topik Manajemen Keuangan, Manajemen Industri, Good Governance, Kemitraan, dan UMKM. Memberikan training pada pada beberapa Lembaga pemerintah, NGO dan perusahaan swasta.

Dr. Ari Pratiwi menyelesaikan program Doktoralnya dalam Bidang Ekonomi Islam di Universitas Trisakti. Berpengalaman Lebih dari 23 tahun dalam bidang teknologi informasi, dimana beliau memiliki keahlian dalam bidang penjualan (sales), pengiriman (delivery), konsultasi (Consultancy), manajemen proyek, strategi bisnis dalam pendampingan dan pengembangan teknologi informasi. Memiliki pengetahuan yang luas di banyak industri, beliau Juga meemiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman tingkat lanjut (advance) dalam bidang arsitek Software. Selain itu, beliau menguasai Keterampilan analitis, organisasi, dan interpersonal yang sangat baik. Memperdalam pengetahuan industri perbankan dalam 10 tahun terakhir. Selain peran sebagai Arsitek, beliau juga mengelola Cloud Teknis dan Tim Kognitif dan Arsitek di Indonesia. Dia juga memegang Associate Certified Coach, aktif melakukan pembinaan di dalam dan di luar IBM, komunitas global dan lokal Indonesia. Dia adalah anggota dari IBM Blue Core Coach dan International Coach Federation chapter Jakarta. Saat ini beliau merupakan salah satu Dosen Manajemen di Universitas Paramadina, dengan spesialisasi Teknologi dan Perbankan Syariah dan Bisnis sejak tahun 2017.
