TENTANG PRODI MANAJEMEN
Program Studi Manajemen menyelenggarakan program studi yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang mampu membuat keputusan dalam ranah organisasi maupun menjalankan bisnis yang berbasis Etika. Dengan demikian, profil lulusan Program Studi Manajemen adalah sebagai manajer, pengelola atau pemilik organisasi yang mampu membuat keputusan dan mengelola organisasi dengan berlandaskan etika.
Program Studi Manajemen menggunakan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi yang direview secara reguler untuk membekali mahasiswa dengan kompetensi yang sesuai dengan kondisi dunia bisnis.
Terkait dengan implementasi visi misi, Program Studi memiliki mata kuliah utama yang mendukung yaitu mata kuliah Kepemimpinan, Etika Bisnis, Kewirausahaan, Anti Korupsi.
Tujuan kuliah pada setiap mata kuliah sejalan dengan tujuan Universitas Paramadina yang berlandasan pada nilai-nilai leadership, ethics, dan entrepreneurship. Ketiga nilai ini dianggap mampu menciptakan lulusan mahasiswa yang beretika dan profesional. Nilai leadership, ethics, dan entrepreneurship menambah kekhasan lulusan Program Studi Manajemen agar bisa berkontribusi dalam kehidupan masyarakat dengan baik.

Tujuan
- Menghasilkan lulusan yang memiliki fondasi berpikir secara kritis dan logis yang beretika.
- Menghasilkan lulusan yang memiliki pendidikan di bidang Manajemen dan Bisnis dengan mengacu pada kompetensi pembuatan keputusan dan pengelolaan organisasi, sumber daya yang dimiliki, dan perkembangan di dalam lingkungan nasional, regional dan internasional.
- Menghasilkan penelitian dalam bidang Manajemen dan Bisnis dalam rangka memperkaya khazanah ilmu pengetahuan baik nasional, regional dan internasional.
- Menyumbangkan pemikiran dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas intelektual baik nasional, regional dan internasional
- Menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas dengan dukungan sumber daya manusia dan suksesi internal program studi dalam rangka mendukung proses pembelajaran
KURIKULUM DAN METODE
Prodi menggunakan Kurikulum Perguruan Tinggi yang dievaluasi secara reguler untuk membekali mahasiswa dengan kompetensi yang sesuai kondisi dunia bisnis. Sejumlah program menjadi aspek penting yang mendasari kesuksesan studi Manajemen. Untuk menunjang wawasan mahasiswa, secara rutin, dosen tamu dengan berbagai latar belakang didatangkan guna memperluas wawasan para mahasiswa. Company visits dan workshop mahasiswa, karya ilmiah dilakukan secara rutin, untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa memahami dunia akademik dan praktis. Selain itu, Prodi mewajibkan seluruh mahasiswa mengikuti praktik lapangan atau simulasi bisnis dan menulis karya akhir, sebagai wahana untuk membangun pemahaman teori dan praktik.

- UU No. 12/ 2012 tentang Perguruan Tinggi.

Crowdlending) platform that provides a friendly loan access that focusing on the growth of the Micro-Business by using technology and equipped by assistance from local representative; where people can make an impactful investment in a secure, transparent, and easy way.
Responsibilities: Prepare and establish the vision, mission, and short-term&long-term goals; set the program strategy and SOPs; seek for borrowers, lenders, partners; build a network, make presentations, promote the platform to increase awareness in the society.

6-hours per week lecturing in Finance subjects, such as Investment Management, Financial Management, and Basic Accounting.

Provide all campaign needs, including source of funding, production, and distribution. Create and manage the workflow of Toko TurunTangan, the first merchandise online store for Presidential candidate campaign (http://toko.turuntangan.org). Become a trainer in the Volunteers’ Training in Bali, Semarang, and Bekasi.

• Investigated history & credit standing of individuals/companies applying for credit.
• Reviewed proposals, determined credit worthiness, identified the significant risks, provided an independent judgement, and ascertained bank’s policies requirement complied.

• Managed >50 accounts for SME and Commercial segment with credit limit up to Rp 35billion.
